Service Agreement and Subscription Plans
By utilizing the services of Expert Bin Wash, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We provide professional curbside trash and recycling bin cleaning using specialized truck-mounted equipment that utilizes high-pressure hot water to sanitize and deodorize your bins. To meet the diverse needs of our customers, we offer several service frequencies, including one-time cleanings, bi-weekly (every two weeks), monthly, bi-monthly (every two months), and quarterly subscriptions. For all recurring subscription plans, services will automatically renew and be billed to your payment method on file according to your chosen frequency unless paused or canceled by the customer.

Environmental Commitment and Water Collection
At Expert Bin Wash, we pride ourselves on being an environmentally responsible service provider. Our cleaning process is conducted using a specialized "closed-loop" recovery system. This means that while we use high-pressure hot water to blast away grime and bacteria, our trucks simultaneously collect and recover all wastewater generated during the process. We do not allow dirty water, chemicals, or debris to enter the storm drains or remain on your property. By using our service, you acknowledge that our trucks will operate in the roadway or curbside area to perform this recovery process safely and efficiently.

Customer Responsibilities and Bin Access
To ensure a successful cleaning, it is the customer's responsibility to have the designated bins empty and placed at the curb on your scheduled service day. Bins must remain at the curb until the cleaning is completed. Because our routes are optimized for efficiency, our technicians cannot return to a property if the bins were not curbside or were still full of trash at the time of arrival. In the event that a service is missed due to bins not being available or containing waste, the customer may still be charged a service fee to cover the operational costs of the scheduled stop.

Waste Restrictions and Cleaning Limitations
While our hot water system is incredibly effective at removing odors and common buildup, we cannot service bins that contain hazardous materials. This includes, but is not limited to, unbagged pet waste, motor oil, wet paint, corrosive chemicals, or biological hazards. If such materials are found, the bin will be skipped for the safety of our equipment and the environment. Additionally, please be aware that while we strive for a "like-new" finish, certain substances like dried paint, heavy adhesives, or deeply embedded permanent stains may not be fully removable. Expert Bin Wash is not responsible for pre-existing damage, such as cracks, sun-brittle plastic, or broken handles and wheels.

Cancellations and Modifications
You have the flexibility to change your service frequency or cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled cleaning, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your service date. For one-time cleanings, payments are generally non-refundable once the technician has arrived at the property. Expert Bin Wash reserves the right to modify these terms or adjust service pricing with prior notice to our customers. Continued use of our bin washing services constitutes your agreement to any updated terms.
